Celebrate the cultural diversity of Whidbey Island's largest city during Holland Happenings. An event you will not want to miss!  A carnival, parade and street fair highlighting our islands multi-cultural nature with booths, food and exhibits. Holland Happening is Oak Harbor’s biggest springtime festival, bringing in people from all over the world. People come in droves to watch the traditional Holland Happening Parade, the KIompen Canal Race, and to explore the lively street fair. This uniquely Oak Harbor fair hosts many vendors that feature a wide array of products, spotlighting how diverse of a community the largest city on Whidbey Island.

Saturday is the International Street Fair and Grand Parade. The Klompen (wooden shoe) races have been extremely popular, so you can now catch those races on both Saturday and Sunday.
