As a new broker you will receive a new agent onboarding gift that includes everything you need to get started. In addition to the products and services that Windermere Corporate offers our staff can create designs to promote your listing, keep you in touch with your community, and reach a new realm of clients. Unlike most other brokerages who provide you with a landing page on their website, we believe in you keeping your leads. We do everything within our power to promote you first. Therefore, you are provided a full WordPress Website where the leads you make you keep. Don't worry you don't need to be an expert web designer we have people that will help you design it!

Most people search far and wide for a CRM with all the bells and whistles only to find stress and chaos. When you join Windermere Whidbey Island you are provided a CRM that allows you to keep your contacts organized, auto tracks your website leads, make automated ordering a breeze, and encourages personal achievements to reach your financial goals.

Access to Windermere Hub

As a new broker you are enrolled in the Windermere hub. This is a central location for everything from courses, new products, to latest updates. You literally can find everything Windermere here.

Signs & Name Riders

We believe in name recognition, not only for the Windermere name, but yours as well. Therefore, you are set up with your first order of name riders immediately upon joining so your polished when you land your first contract. We have Windermere signs for your use. If you would like to order full signs with your information our staff is happy to help you.

Business cards

When you join Windermere Whidbey Island our team gets you set up with everything you need to start your business even orchestrating getting a professional headshot, and ordering your first set of business cards for you.

Name Badge

You are more approachable when people know your name. Let people know who you are with your very own name badge. We provide your first one!

Now that you have a thing or two under your belt, lets make your website represent you the best that we can. We have an on-sight marketing manager that knows all the inside and outs of making a website work for you. Connect with her to get started.

Personalized Buyers Guide

Not only do we provide physical Buyers Guides, we provide the ability for you to personalize your own! You can then have them printed, binded using our on-sight binding machine, send as a PDF, or embed. Oh did we mention we also have them in Spanish?

Open House Boxes

Have an open house this week(end)? No problem. We will have everything from flyers, signs to pens, water bottles, and music ready and waiting at the front desk for you to pull up and go.

Personalized Flyers

You have choices between, a plethora of Windermere designs that make creating flyers, postcards, brochures, you name it a breeze and requesting flyers made personally in-house or building your own if you have the desire too. Any way you choose our staff is here to help!

Large Postcard Series

We acquire local talent and turn there incredible work into Whidbey Island postcards. Not only are we promoting the local photographer but we are highlighting some of our favorite places on Whidbey Island! We then personalize them for you and place the orders for you so you don't have to.

Small Postcard Series

Postcards are a great way to keep in touch with your sphere and on the top of their mind throughout the year. Our staff has made that overwhelming task a breeze by connecting with local businesses to bring a value offer to your people. This not only helps promote local businesses but keeps you top of mind. We then personalize them for you and place the orders for you so you don't have to.

In addition to Windermere flyers/pamphlets we believe in hyper-local authentic content. Best of all we provide these interactive templates to you. You can either print them off, send, embed as is or personalized them to make them your own and to match your brand.

Email Newsletter Campaigns

At least once a month our Marketing Manager prepares an email newsletter for you to send to your sphere (NO COST ADVERTISING). Using your provided CRM create a group of people you would like to send the newsletter to. Make any changes you would like or send as is. Super simple, DONE.

Monthly Stats

We pull monthly stats and create a shareable template that you can then use as slides or a video and share as you deem necessary on your social platforms, website, postcards ect... Best of all you have the opportunity to personalize them as your own.

Annual Report

In addition to the Annual and Quarterly Reports issued by Matthew Gardner for the PNW our staff creates a hyper local yearly review for you to implement into your marketing plan.

On Hand Closing Gifts

Have a last minute closing? No problem! We have the perfect array of Welcome to Whidbey gift boxes to celebrate the new homeowners for you to choose from. If these don't work for you we have on-hand baskets and fillers for you to create your own.

You will be agent charged only for the cost of production.
