With a roadway lined with Madrona trees and waterfront homes, Madrona Way provides backdoor access to Coupeville from Highway 20 that winds along the western and southern shore of Penn Cove. Homes on Penn Cove shores enjoy beachfront access and great views of Admiralty Inlet and the mainland.
The Town of Coupeville, which is the county seat and home to a public hospital, is located at the west end of Madrona Way. The picturesque road stretches along the western and southwestern parts of Penn Cove and connects the town to Highway 20. Fort Casey and Fort Ebey state parks, the prairie of Ebey’s Landing, and the ferry connecting Whidbey Island to Port Townsend are all close by.
